In Concert with the Arts is a completely volunteer, nonprofit effort to bring awareness and appreciation of the rich arts and cultural programs and experiences that exist in the Greater Wyoming Valley region of Pennsylvania.  With severe cuts to arts funding over the past decade and pending elimination of arts resources in the coming years, this event is an opportunity for creative individuals and groups to celebrate together “in concert with the arts.”
